In April 2019, the band also announced their latest EP project The Things We're Still Afraid To Say set to drop Friday, September 13, 2019, the follow up to their album The Things We've Been Afraid To Say which released in 2018. The Things We're Still Afraid To Say tackles topics like spiders, the dark, small spaces, clowns, and being embarrassed in front of large groups of people.
The lead single, "New Heights," is one of the first Christian songs to deal with Acrophobia, better known as the fear of heights. "I hate heights," says Mike. "And I'm sick and tired of pretending like I've got it all together night after night. The truth is, I step on that stage and I clench up. Every time. It's so embarrassing. We're at least fifteen, twenty feet up there. That's high! I feel light headed just thinking about it."
Also announced are the dates for their No Shame Tour which begins October 4 in Appleton, WI. Tickets for the tour are available here. The No Shame Tour will feature Austin French playing new music. Mike Donehey will also share about his new book Finding God's Will For My Life. Pre-order and get your copy here.
